The Challenge

Appointment Management: Fundacion Banco de Ojos struggled with manual appointment scheduling processes, leading to scheduling conflicts, long wait times, and patient dissatisfaction.


Prescription Management: Managing medical prescriptions and refill requests was cumbersome and time-consuming for both patients and staff.

Online Appointment Scheduling: Tech Innovate integrated a user-friendly online appointment scheduling system into the platform, allowing patients to book appointments conveniently from their computers or mobile devices. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): The platform includes a secure EMR system that centralizes patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, test results, and prescriptions.
