The challenge
Cadiem, one of the leading brokerage firms in the country, needed to modernize its website to reflect its recent visual identity update. Additionally, they required a secure and user-friendly digital platform for their communication and marketing team, which also met the necessary security standards for a brokerage firm.
Solution
We developed a fully manageable website for Cadiem’s communication and marketing team, allowing them to make daily changes without relying on a technical specialist. This website not only reflects the company’s new visual identity but also features integrations with the brokerage firm’s quotation system to update rates and prices in real-time.
Additionally, we implemented a calculator for potential clients to make estimates and request products directly through the website. These requests are automatically directed to the company’s CRM system for efficient follow-up. With this solution, Cadiem has enhanced its online presence, providing a modern and secure digital experience for both its clients and its internal team.
User Journey Map and Platform Structure
The Design Sprint process maps out a user’s experience step by step as they encounter their problem space or interact with your product. This method allows the team to get into the user’s mindset and highlights pain points, identifying opportunities to create new or improved user experiences.
Design
As for the design process, we use Figma, a tool which allows our team to work collaboratively with our clients by offering an interactive, detailed and real-time view of the design progress.
Development
For the development of this website WordPress was used with the Elementor plugin, making our customers able to manage and customize their pages without requiring advanced technical knowledge.
Training
Once the website is up and running, we teach our clients everything they need to know so they can make their own modifications and updates. Through a few training sessions, they learn how to manage their website on their own.
Maintance
