About
Asoleu began as a volunteer for a group of people more than three decades ago, and in 1994 it was established as a foundation. Their job is to provide all cancer drugs and accompany the treatment of low-income children suffering from cancer and leukemia.
All their efforts are put in so that their patients receive medical and humane care, so that they can increase their chances of cure.
The Challenge
Asoleu, a foundation that assists low-income children suffering from cancer and leukemia, saw the need to update its website according to its new institutional objectives, as well as improve aesthetics in general.
They were looking for a space where parents can have all the information they need for the assistance of their children. Also create a communication platform to showcase the different activities and ways to help that they have available.
Technology and process
Design
As for the design process, we use Figma, a tool which allows our team to work collaboratively with our clients by offering an interactive, detailed and real-time view of the design progress.
Software Development
For the development of this website WordPress was used with the Elementor plugin, making our customers able to manage and customize their pages without requiring advanced technical knowledge.
Elementor
Elementor offers the possibility to customize the desktop, tablet and mobile versions independently, making the website 100% adaptable to all devices. It also gives us the versatility of being able to create templates and write our own code.
SEO
For all our projects we take into account search engine optimization (SEO), security, performance and loading speed of the web for an optimal user experience.
The Result
After the ideation and design process we obtained an institutional website that transmits the positive spirit that the Asoleu Foundation was looking to give. With great dedication and reorganization we managed to structure all the necessary information and data, so that the flow of navigation within the web is optimal for users interested in helping or knowing a little more about them.
