La Fábrica Social is a company that was born from the TECHO organization, present in 5 Latin American countries, working with the aim of giving agile responses to the demand for housing in Paraguay and the region.
They have been in Paraguay for more than 3 years, more than 80 housing solutions delivered in the country and more than 10,000 throughout the continent.
Fábrica Social was looking to make the transition from a simple landing page to a complete website for the launch of its new housing models to the national market.
With their new identity already built, we had to be able to implement it in a site that provides all the necessary information to reflect the quality and accessibility they provide.
As for the design process, we use Figma, a tool which allows our team to work collaboratively with our clients by offering an interactive, detailed and real-time view of the design progress.
For the development of this website WordPress was used with the Elementor plugin, making our customers able to manage and customize their pages without requiring advanced technical knowledge.
Elementor offers the possibility to customize the desktop, tablet and mobile versions independently, making the website 100% adaptable to all devices. It also gives us the versatility of being able to create templates and write our own code.
For all our projects we take into account search engine optimization (SEO), security, performance and loading speed of the web for an optimal user experience.
Through meticulous processes of layout and implementation, we were able to provide the client a complete and functional website, capable of generating leads and informing about the housing solutions available within the company, following their aesthetics but with a fresh and innovative perspective.
With this final product La Fábrica de Viviendas can continue to bring the dream of its own home to all of Paraguay and the region, effectively for both parties.
